We were blown away by the fine view from the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The suite was impeccably clean and the hotel had a variety of fantastic restaurants. The unique ambience and decoration added to the overall experience. The private pool and sandy beach were a substantial bonus. the room service food was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The 5-star SPA facilities were also great.

During the pick-up from the airport, we were taken to another hotel first, which was disappointing. once we arrived at our hotel, we had an enjoyable stay with no further issues.

Upon my check-in, I was taken on a tour around the hotel facilities, which shows the attention to detail and hospitality of the staff. the suite was magnificent, and the view was breathtakingly beautiful. the room was furnished with exclusive amenities; it had its private pool, an infinity pool, and sun loungers to enjoy the sun in the sun terrace.

The only thing I could find to pick was the transfer from the airport. the driver took me to another hotel before arriving here.

Only downside was the initial confusion during airport pick, up, but it was quickly overshadowed by the hotel's outstanding service and amenities.
